About Me:

I'm a lifelong feminist and my health coaching practice is all about incorporating my education in the field of politics, feminism, food studies, and nutrition to provide a platform for women to embrace their bodies.

I use an intuitive approach to eating that includes first neutralizing the relationship with food, experiencing a new variety of food, and interpreting our body's signals to eat better food. I teach my clients to shift their thinking about food and their bodies away from self-destruction to self-love.

I graduated from New York University with a major in Human Rights and Food Politics. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized "roadmap to health" that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals.
