I'm writing this filled with absolute elation. I've been working real hard the past few weeks and I'm heading off for vacation for the next two weeks. This means that the blog will be a little sparse for the next two weeks.
I was thinking about writing blog posts on vacation. As a health coach, though, I couldn't rightly do that.
I believe in stopping and taking a break every once in a while. Vacation is good for you. Depriving ourselves of rest could be part the binge and restrict cycle.
Nobody ever said restriction meant restriction of food only.
So, in the spirit of practicing what I preach, I'm taking two whole weeks off to be with family, relax, and restore.
In the meantime, take some time to scroll through other cool posts I've written here and remember not to party with the lights on.
